Nutrition Stack - Body Recomposition

Custom Nutrition plan created based on your lifestyle and personal goals utilizing daily nutrition tracking and accountability. Including weekly check-ins, before & after measurements, body scans, daily access to your coach, and habit-building skills.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

For the person that is motivated to achieve their nutrition goals.

Includes: Daily nutrition tracking & accountability, weekly check-ins, monthly in-person check-ins and InBody Scans

Foundation Stack - On Ramp Program

You can’t build anything without a solid foundation. Our Foundation Stack is the first step for beginners. A series of 9 personal training sessions will teach you everything you need to know to accelerate your success in our group fitness class.

You will meet with a coach 1:1 to learn all the foundational movements of Stacked Coaching to prepare you for the best results in our group fitness classes. We start wherever you are and ramp up your activity and difficulty until you are confident and ready to join group fitness.

On-Ramp Personal Training

Included: 9 personal training sessions designed to transition you to group fitness classes.

Personal Stack - 1:1 Training Programs

Some people begin their journey with us by working with our coaches in 1:1 sessions before joining our group fitness classes. While others add-on 1:1 coaching to achieve their fitness goals.

We understand trying something new can be unnerving and intimidating, but we guarantee all your fears will be put to rest as soon as you walk into your first session.

Our personalized training programming is tailored to your fitness level, and provides a fun, clean, friendly atmosphere for a total body workout. Our movements are targeted to burn fat, tone muscles, and increase your core strength. 

1:1 Training Options

Included: Individualized programs designed to increase function and improve fitness at every level.

1 and 3 Session plans are ideal for working on problem movements or techniques you are struggling with in the fitness classes.

6 and 12 Session plans are ideal for creating specialized programs designed for you as an individual.
